Driving directions to Trowbridge House From East Side Manhattan:  Take the FDR Drive to the Willis Avenue Bridge exit. Cross bridge, make an immediate left onto the I-87N (Major Deegan). Take I-287 E (third exit past toll) to I-684 N. Take I-684 North to Brewster. Follow "From Route 684" directions below.  From West Side Manhattan:  Take the Westside Highway/Henry Hudson Drive straight north until it becomes the Saw Mill River Parkway. Drive north on Saw Mill River Parkway until it becomes Route 684 heading for Brewster. Follow "From Route 684" directions below. From Westchester/Connecticut:  Westchester and Connecticut guests should easily find Route 684. The Hutchinson exits left onto Route 684. Also, Route 84 from Hartford connects to Route 22 North to Pawling. Follow "From Route 684" directions below.  From Albany:  Take the I-787 ramp toward New York State Thruway/Troy S/Rensselaer. Merge onto I-787 N via the ramp- on the left- toward TROY. Merge onto I-90 E via exit number 5 toward Boston. Merge onto Taconic State Pkwy S via exit number B2 toward RT-295. Take the RT-23 ramp toward Claverack/Hillsdale. Keep left at the fork in the ramp. Stay straight to go onto NY-23. Turn right onto NY-22. Continue South until you arrive in the Village of Millerton. Continue 1 mile past the lights and turn right into driveway at 5773 STATE ROUTE 22.  From Boston and Points East:  Head west on the MASSPIKE until you enter New York State. The first exit is for Route 22. Exit South onto Route 22 and continue south through Hillsdale, Ancram, Boston Corners and continue on until you get to the one set of lights in MIllerton. Continue straight on through the lights for approximately one mile. You will see a black mailbox on your right with Trowbridge House 5773. Turn right into the driveway and at the top of the hill, when the driveway splits into two, bear right and continue onto the property and past the house where you will find parking. From New Jersey:  Continue straight off the Tappan Zee Bridge onto Route 287 East. Take it to Route 684 North to Brewster. Follow "From Route 684" directions below.  From New York Airports:  Follow the signs to the Whitestone Bridge. Continue straight on to the Hutchinson River Parkway. About 20 minutes later, you will see an overhead sign for Route 684 to Brewster; take that exit. Follow "From Route 684" directions below.  From Route 684:  Take I-684 North until it becomes Route 22. Do not take earlier Route 22 exit signs. Continue North on Route 22 (29 miles) to Amenia traffic light (the only one). Continue straight on (North on 22/44) through the light for another 9 miles. Approximately 8 miles north of Amenia you will see an opportunity to head left on Route 199. DO NOT DO THIS - continue on 22 and as you come around a curve, begin to look for the black mailbox with Trowbridge House 5773 on the left side of the road. Turn into the driveway and at the top of the hill, when the driveway splits into two, bear right and continue on until you pass the house where you will find parking.
